Motivation, Leadership and Management and Teamwork

I’ve worked in people-related roles for my whole career. I’ve been in sales & marketing, culture and behaviour change, resourcing and talent acquisition and I’ve also been a CHRO in a global consultancy. I’m a qualified therapist, executive & team coach and talent consultant.

Years of training and experience within multiple industry sectors and organisations has given me a solid, pragmatic approach grounded in Gestalt psychology and practical experience of working with individuals dealing with uncertain situations. People tell me I am calm, considered and bring a good sense of humour to my work.

I’m endlessly fascinated by people and organisations, how they’re attracted to each other and how they relate and grow together once a connection is made. I write about leadership and management, about motivation and how to work with teams, about aligning goals and objectives. In short the cultural aspects of work.

In my spare time I run (slowly), love cooking (usually too much) and am currently mid-way through a Spacemaster campaign that me an a bunch of mates have been playing for year. We still can’t find the right tables.
